Causes
There are multiple things, which can cause numbness and tingling in the hand and feet. All these points result in pressurizing the nerves. Once you start moving, the numbness starts to fade away. There are some other conditions, which can cause the same tingling feeling. Similarly, swelling or inflammation of the brain or spinal cord will cause pressure on either one or more nerves. There are some other diseases, which can produce tingling and numbness. Those are:

Everyone feels numbness or burning sensation at one point in the lives. Usually, those sensations will fade away once you start moving.
